Ported & Coated Stock Exhaust Manifold

Internally Ported/Externally Machined and Swain Tech coated exhaust manifold The PPI ported stock manifold will free up additional horsepower and keep the reliability of a cast manifold. In addition the anti-lag ports and heat-shield bosses are machined off for a stunning look. All casting flash, and markings are ground smooth as well.  This combined work gives the manifold a very clean and custom look like no other! Using a superior Swain Tech TRUE ceramic coating, which will drop under hood temperatures 35-55%.  This item is on a exchange basis or $150 core charge is applied. Internally Ported and Swain Tech coated exhaust manifold This manifold features internal porting only in addition to the same Swain Tech cermaic coating as the manifold above. This item is on a exchange basis or $150 core charge is applied.  Internally Ported/Externally Machined and High Luster Silver coated exhaust manifold The same description applies to this model as the top manifold above. The only difference is the High Luster Silver coating which withstands temperatures of up 2000F. Coating is applied both to the inside and outside. Internally Ported and High Luster Silver coated exhaust manifold Internal porting done only to this model. Then it is coated inside and out with a High Luster Silver Coating. Internally Ported exhaust manifold This manifold is only ported internally to smooth flow. No coating for this selection. Extreme Internal Porting Option This level of porting is for the person that wants every bit of power possible while still using the factory manifold.  Every wall surface inside the manifold is ported from the runners to the collector area.  Nothing that can be reached is left untouched.  The collector is gasket matched and the individual runner ports are matched to the head.  All manifolds are done on an exchange basis or a $150 core charge is applied.  We will also drill and tap for an EGT probe. Please let us know when ordering. All cores must be returned within 60 days of receipt otherwise PPI is not liable to refund the core charge.
